Job summary

Insurance Office of America is seeking a Director/VP, Commercial Lines to lead national commercial property & casualty operations, driving workflows and best practices across the agency. Fully remote preferred with Central Time Zone hours; active P&C license and 5–7+ years in a large brokerage/agency are required.

You will partner with leadership to standardize processes, optimize capacity planning, support M&A integration, and guide teams in delivering exceptional client service.

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty License required.
• CPCU and/or CIC designation (or equivalent).
• 5–7+ years of Commercial Lines operational leadership within a large brokerage/agency.
• Strong expertise in Commercial P&C operations, workflows, servicing models, and optimization.
• Experience with workflow standardization and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Experience with mergers, acquisitions, and operational integration initiatives.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and change leadership skills.
• EPIC experience strongly preferred.

• Collaborate with producers, operations, and leadership to drive results.
• Optimize use of EPIC, reporting tools, and tech platforms.
