Job summary
Sun Life U.S. is seeking a Director of Infrastructure and Cloud Hosting to lead a skilled engineering team in delivering scalable IT infrastructure and cloud services.
You will set vision, manage day-to-day operations, ensure DR readiness, and partner with architects to design future solutions while controlling budgets and performance.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or equivalent required.
- Advanced degree in IS, Business, Planning, or related field is a plus.
- 10 years leadership experience in a multi-site enterprise infrastructure organization.
- Experience managing outsourced service providers.
- Certifications in cloud foundations (AWS/Azure) required; ITIL/ITSM and PMP are strengths.
Responsibilities
- Lead a multi-disciplinary infrastructure and cloud hosting team.
- Ensure disaster recovery is in place and tested.
- Develop KPIs, SLAs, and budget plans.
- Oversee capacity planning and spend management.
- Collaborate with business and IT teams on technical implementations.
- License and contract management for infrastructure.
