Job summary
Sun Life U.S. seeks a Director of Infrastructure and Cloud Hosting to lead a highly skilled engineering team delivering IT infrastructure and cloud services.
You will design, implement, and manage scalable solutions, drive standards, and ensure alignment with enterprise architecture and policies. You will set a clear vision, manage budgets, vendor relationships, and personnel development while ensuring disaster recovery, security, and operational excellence across on-prem and cloud environments
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or equivalent work experience.
- 10 years leadership experience of a multi-site enterprise infrastructure organization.
- Direct supervision and staff development experience.
Responsibilities
- Lead development and delivery of Sunlife DentaQuest Infrastructure and Cloud hosting products and services.
- Ensure service delivery for key infrastructure areas: O365, AD/LDAP, Windows and Linux servers, Azure/AWS hosting, virtualization, storage and backups, VDI and desktop engineering.
- Develop KPI, SLA, and performance targets; manage division-level technical projects and budget; oversee capacity and spend management.
