Sun Life U.S. is seeking a Director of Infrastructure and Cloud Hosting to lead a skilled team delivering IT infrastructure and cloud services. The role focuses on scalable delivery, design partnerships with architects, and day-to-day leadership to meet business needs.

The candidate will set vision, ensure standards, manage budgets, and guide contract/licensing activities while driving KPI-based performance across on-prem and cloud environments.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in IT or equivalent required.
• Advanced degree in IS/Business/Planning is a plus.
• 10 years leadership experience in a multi-site enterprise infrastructure organization.
• Experience supervising staff and managing outsourced service providers.

Responsabilidades

• Lead development and delivery of Sunlife DentaQuest Infrastructure and Cloud hosting products and services.
• Ensure service delivery for O365, Active Directory/LDAP, Windows and Linux servers, Azure hosting, AWS hosting, virtualization, data storage and backups, VDI and desktop engineering.
• Assure Disaster Recovery is in place and tested for critical services.
• Set team vision, maintain standards and policies, document systems and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Develop KPIs, SLAs, and monitor productivity within teams and technology.
• Manage division-level technical implementation projects and licensing.
• Lead budget planning and financial management for technical services.
• Oversee talent management and career development within the team.
