The role drives team vision, policy adherence, KPI development, and budget management, while coordinating with architects and business units to support growth and reliability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or equivalent work experience.
• 10 years leadership experience of a multi-site enterprise infrastructure organization
• Experience managing outsourced service providers
• Cloud certifications (AWS Cloud Practitioner and/or Azure Fundamentals) required
• PMP certification can be a differentiator

Responsibilities

• Oversee delivery of IT infrastructure and cloud hosting services.
• Manage O365, AD/LDAP, Windows/Linux servers, Azure and AWS hosting, virtualization, and storage.
• Ensure Disaster Recovery is in place and tested.
• Set team vision, maintain standards and policies, ensure documentation and compliance.
• Develop KPI measurements, SLAs, and monitor productivity.
• Manage division-level technical implementation projects
• License and contract management for infra teams
• Develop support plans and IT end-user strategies
• Lead budget and capital planning for technical services
