Sun Life U.S. seeks a Director of Infrastructure and Cloud Hosting to lead a high-performing team delivering IT infrastructure and cloud services. You’ll focus on scalable delivery, design solutions with architects, and ensure standards, policies and documentation align with enterprise IT.
You’ll guide KPI development, budgets, vendor management, DR testing, and cross-functional collaboration to support a growing business nationwide.
Qualificações
- 10 years leadership experience in a multi-site enterprise infrastructure organization
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field; advanced degree a plus
- Experience managing outsourced services and providers
- Cloud certifications (AWS and/or Azure) required; ITIL/ITSM a plus; PMP differentiator
Responsabilidades
- Lead delivery of Sun Life DentaQuest Infrastructure and Cloud hosting products/services
- Oversee infrastructure areas: O365, AD/LDAP, Windows/Linux servers, Azure/AWS hosting, virtualization, storage, backups, VDI
- Ensure Disaster Recovery is in place and tested for critical services
- Set team vision, governance, and maintain documentation and standards
- Develop KPI measures, SLAs, and budget; manage capacity and spend across infrastructure
- Lead technical projects and vendor/contract management
- Collaborate with IT/business to meet enterprise needs
