Job summary

Allara, a leading women’s health platform in the United States, seeks a Director of Clinical Operations to own the provider network operations end-to-end. Hybrid in NYC, with a strong emphasis on getting providers live, credentialing, payer enrollment, onboarding, and scaling the network.

You will design scalable operational infrastructure, lead multi-state credentialing, and build systems for performance data and knowledge management.

Responsibilities

• Design and own the operational infrastructure that makes provider network growth feel frictionless, built to scale from hundreds of providers to thousands
• Lead multi-state provider credentialing, licensing and cross-licensing, including our APRN collaboration agreement program across all active states
• Build and maintain systems for delivering provider performance data, dynamic availability management, and capacity and utilization tracking
• Drive knowledge management systems that reduce tribal knowledge and create self-serve resources for providers and internal teams
• Lead margin performance and provider compensation strategy
• Translate strategic goals into concrete operational plans, and activate your team to execute reliably
• Own the end-to-end provider experience from hiring through credentialing, onboarding, training, clinical performance management, and offboarding; build a scalable and high quality funnel that can achieve 2-3x provider growth without a proportional increase in operations resourcing
• Partner cross-functionally with Growth, Recruiting, Payer Operations, Clinical Management, and Product to eliminate friction at every handoff
• Build the data visibility, dashboards and accountability structures that allow leadership to identify and act on network performance trends and bottlenecks in real time
• Identify where manual, error-prone processes exist and lead the charge
