Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in healthcare operations or similar roles (e.g., consulting or tech)
• 4+ years leading managers and operational teams
• Proven ability to design, build, and improve scalable processes
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making
• Excellent communication across functions and senior stakeholders
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with evolving priorities

Responsibilities

• Lead teams responsible for provider licensing, credentialing, onboarding, workforce management, scheduling, and provider support
• Build scalable operational processes to improve efficiency, quality, and provider experience
• Develop managers and build a high-performing, accountable organization
• Own provider operational readiness from offer acceptance through first patient
• Partner with Medical Leadership to align provider capacity with patient demand
• Define KPIs, dashboards, and operating rhythms to measure performance and identify opportunities
• Leverage technology and automation to reduce manual work
• Partner cross-functionally to launch new markets and support strategic initiatives
