Cognitiv, an AdTech leader, seeks a Director of Client Success to lead a growing team focused on client health, retention, and growth. You will drive strategic advisory to top clients, joining calls and meetings to ensure outcomes align with business goals.

You will partner with Sales and cross-functional teams to scale client relationships, expand opportunities, and elevate performance through proactive leadership and strong commercial thinking.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in client success and account management in adtech/digital media.
• Strong knowledge of the programmatic advertising ecosystem and how advertisers buy and invest in media.
• Proven leadership experience and ability to coach, develop, and elevate team performance.

Aufgaben

• Lead and develop the Client Success team, setting clear expectations and coaching for growth.
• Serve as a senior strategic advisor to key clients, building trusted relationships.
• Be hands-on with clients—join calls, lead meetings, and support the team as needed.
• Oversee client health and proactively mitigate retention risks.
• Partner with Sales to grow the business after deals close and ensure successful onboarding.
• Establish and improve processes to scale the Client Success organization.
