Chase Media Solutions is seeking an Executive Director, Client Success Team Lead to scale a high-impact client success organization in a dynamic media environment. You will lead a team delivering trusted partnership, measurable outcomes, and strong retention for brands and agencies.

You will partner with sales and cross-functional teams to improve client outcomes, drive continuous improvement, and inform strategy using market insight and client feedback.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of account management leadership experience in the digital media or performance marketing industry.
• Proven ability to build, inspire and scale high-performing client success teams.
• Deep understanding of the digital media landscape and the role of account management to deliver solutions.
• Strong collaboration and interpersonal communication to build client relationships.
• Experience presenting to executives and marketing leadership with attention to detail.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity in a dynamic, growing environment.

Responsibilities

• Scale the Client Success function for Chase Media Solutions.
• Lead a team of client success managers to deliver excellent service to clients.
• Collaborate with the sales organization to craft client success strategies to win new business and retain and grow existing clients to achieve revenue targets.
• Develop service and growth models for Client Solution Managers to grow revenue and deliver client objectives.
• Partner cross-functionally with sales, operations and analytics to create a cohesive client engagement experience and drive continuous improvement.
• Implement client feedback strategy to identify success factors and pain points within our product and client experience to inform strategy.
• Implement approach to resolving client issues and escalations.
• Develop and maintain understanding of key vertical market trends and customer opportunities.
• Represent Chase Media Solutions at events as a brand and business ambassador.
