Job summary

Publicis Groupe in New York is seeking a Director of Client Management to lead campaign activation for key clients. You will operationalize processes, support client satisfaction, and identify expansion opportunities in a fast-moving, matrixed setting.

You will collaborate with strategy, analytics, performance media, creator teams, and other capabilities to ensure flawless execution and high-quality outputs, while guiding senior stakeholders and mentoring junior staff.

Qualifications

• 7-9 years of experience in client management, account management, or agency roles within media, marketing, or influencer ecosystems.
• Proven experience managing client accounts and cross-functional teams.
• Strong understanding of influencer marketing, branded content, and performance-driven campaigns.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail, resilience, and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Partner with VP and SVP on day-to-day client and agency communications, building trusted relationships.
• Maintain knowledge of assigned agencies and clients for effective engagement.
• Support client reviews, QBRs, and milestone presentations with senior leaders.
• Own campaign delivery to ensure programs are executed on time and aligned with objectives.
• Coordinate monthly billing reconciliation with VP and SVP.
