Responsibilities

• Lead and manage Client Management with junior team members.
• Own campaign delivery to ensure on-time, client-aligned results.
• Coordinate with strategy, analytics, performance media, creators and other capabilities.
• Ensure adoption of client management processes and tools.
• Oversee monthly billing reconciliation with VP and SVP.
• Drive account growth, expansions, and renewals with senior leadership.
• Monitor campaign performance and present optimization recommendations.
• Foster industry knowledge and participate in cross-functional meetings.
