Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, healthcare, communications, life sciences, or related field preferred; equivalent combinations considered.
• 4+ years of relevant professional experience in client services, consulting, market access, healthcare, pharmaceutical communications, strategy, operations, or account management.
• Ability to lead significant workstreams or smaller accounts and translate business needs into strategic plans.
• Experience providing strategic review, developing recommendations, supporting financial/resource planning, and raising risks with options.
• Experience coaching managers and senior managers on workstream ownership and delivery quality.
• Strong communication and cross-functional leadership skills.
