You will partner with cross-functional teams and mentor account managers while building multi-faceted strategies for clients across various industries.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of agency/marketing-tech/media start-up experience.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Experience using data to influence influencer strategies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead influencer marketing strategies across diverse clients.
• Partner with Client Solution Leads to identify growth opportunities and lead execution.
• Serve as a thought-leader on social platforms (TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, etc.).
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to meet client needs and processes.
• Define approaches to achieve client success and mentor account managers.
• Prepare reports and provide optimization recommendations based on performance metrics.
• Maintain knowledge of ad products, specs, and timelines for asset delivery.
