Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required; Masters preferred.
• CPRP or CPRE certifications are strongly preferred.
• Minimum ten years related to knowledge, experience, and skills in public space management or similar.
• Alabama Driver License required.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and refine operating plans for City Walk.
• Manage a large public outdoor venue and ensure exceptional guest experience.
• Oversee safety, security, and facilities maintenance; optimize resources.
• Lead budgets, staffing, and coordination with senior management.
• Ensure programs align with City Walk’s values and culture.
• Hire, onboard and train new employees and foster accountability.
• Perform other duties as required.
