CATERING SALES DIRECTOR, (85k-&100k DOE) UNIQUE OPPORTUNITY

Relocation Required! Position is located near Morgantown, West Virginia. Relo assistance and temporary housing provided!

Beautiful, multifaceted property providing a full range of F&B services from elegant to casual. Equally strong mix of Social and Corporate business. Professional, gracious levels of genuine hospitality. Quality on every level!

We need an experienced sales professional with 5-7 years of high volume/high quality exposure. Responsibilities include:

  1. Driving top line revenue for all social and corporate segments.
  2. Creating and implementing sales strategy and new catering packages.
  3. Management of both inside and outside sales - handling/delegating all inbound leads, developing outside leads and reestablishing relationships with former guests.
  4. Mentoring, motivating and assisting your team to devise and achieve sales and market share goals.
  5. Working closely with clients from initial contact to "day of" along with coordinating and collaborating with other department leaders to ensure flawless execution.

An exciting opportunity to play a high profile, high impact role for this already successful property. Use your talents to assist in reaching new markets and delivering more high end experiences.
