Job summary
CoStar Group seeks a Director of Business Development for Zonda's Listings/Advertising and Builder Digital Solutions in North Carolina (Charlotte or Raleigh). You will lead new business development, build strategic relationships with homebuilders, and drive revenue across Listings and Digital Solutions within an assigned territory.
You'll collaborate with the NewHomeSource Regional VP of Sales to expand brand presence, manage a hunter sales approach, and navigate a dynamic tech-enabled real
Qualifications
- 2-5+ years in listings/advertising and/or digital media sales or business development
- 2-5+ years selling to VP/Director level in the homebuilding industry
- Knowledge of builder digital marketing technologies (CRM, CMS, data feeds)
- Experience in a SaaS environment with focus on user acquisition
- Ability to manage full sales process from prospecting to closing; hunter mentality
- Current and valid driver’s license
Responsibilities
- Generate new business and revenue selling Builder Listings Services and Builder Digital Solutions
- Develop and execute a sales plan for the territory in NC (Charlotte or Raleigh)
- Schedule 5-7 face-to-face or virtual appointments weekly and maintain pipeline in Salesforce
- Drive full sales cycle from initial contact to closing deals
- Present listings and advertising products at company events or client meetings
- Travel within territory and to industry conventions as needed
