Job summary

PaRC in Houston, TX seeks a Director of Alumni Services to lead program outcomes, coordination, and engagement for facility alumni. You will oversee staff, drive KPI reporting, and ensure accurate data collection and sharing across departments.

You will work with D365 and Salesforce to support alumni activities, coordinate events, and promote aftercare services, reporting to facility leadership in a full-time role.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of systems and data management in a healthcare setting.
• Understanding of clinical outreach and alumni program principles.
• Strong collaboration with facility leadership and staff.

Responsibilities

• Establish systemwide best practices for alumni engagement and KPI tracking.
• Create a cadence of alumni callbacks to boost engagement.
• Oversee alumni staff and coordinate with facility leadership.
• Coordinate, lead, and document alumni meetings and events.
• Maintain accurate Salesforce database and monitor data quality.
• Introduce D365 to current patients and monitor its use by alumni.
• Work with Operations and Referral Relations to coordinate care.
