Job summary

Prevention and Recovery Center is seeking a Director of Alumni Services in Houston, TX to lead alumni engagement, tracking, and outcome data across facilities. You will oversee staff, coordinate outreach with admissions and clinical teams, and ensure programs meet DBH standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience with SUD/Mental Health alumni outreach.
• Familiarity with data collection and reporting for program KPIs.
• Sales experience and Salesforce proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Develop systemwide best practices for alumni engagement and increase referrals.
• Oversee alumni staff and coordinate with facility leadership.
• Establish and monitor KPIs for alumni services.
• Plan and promote alumni events and meetings.
• Maintain Salesforce database and monitor D365 usage for alumni.
