Job summary

Northern Path Recovery Center is seeking an Alumni Coordinator to lead outreach to program graduates and families, partnering with the Clinical Director to develop an alumni strategy, event calendar, newsletters, and both online and in-person meetings.

You will manage events, calendars, and communications via phone, text, email, and the facility app; update Salesforce, analyze data, create content, and drive referrals while supporting ongoing alumni engagement and advocacy.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Behavioral Health, Marketing, or related field preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• One or more years’ experience in the substance use disorder and/or mental health treatment field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Aligns alumni plans with corporate strategy.
• Plans, coordinates, and promotes alumni events and reunions.
• Maintains and updates an events calendar in coordination with Business Development.
• Manages alumni data in Salesforce and other directories.
• Develops a communication system utilizing phone, text, email, facility app for alumni follow-up.
• Drives admissions by increasing referrals from alumni and families.
• Runs weekly discharge group to discuss alumni services.
• Tracks and logs outreach in Salesforce.
