Job summary

Amatus Health is seeking an Alumni Director in Owings Mills, MD to lead a comprehensive alumni program, maintain ongoing communications with graduates, and coordinate events to support sustained recovery.

You will build partnerships with community organizations, track outcomes in CRM, and collaborate with clinical teams to ensure seamless care. A driver’s license and willingness to travel within Maryland are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Behavioral Health, Social Work, Communications, or related field.
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in SUD treatment or alumni services.
• Strong understanding of addiction, recovery, and community resources.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to build rapport and maintain meaningful relationships.
• Experience with event planning and program development is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within Maryland.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and oversee a comprehensive alumni program.
• Maintain consistent communication with alumni through calls, texts, emails, and social platforms.
• Plan and facilitate alumni events, meetings, and outreach initiatives.
• Build partnerships with community organizations, recovery groups, and referral sources.
• Track alumni engagement, outcomes, and program effectiveness using CRM.
• Provide mentorship and support to alumni, encouraging continued recovery.
• Collaborate with clinical and admissions teams to ensure continuum of care.
• Assist in crisis intervention and provide resources/referrals when needed.
• Travel throughout Maryland to attend events and support alumni engagement.
