Discovery Behavioral Health is seeking a Director of Alumni Services in Houston, TX. The role leads alumni engagement, coordinates outreach and data collection, and ensures patients participate in aftercare events. You will oversee staff, track KPIs, and collaborate with facilities to expand our alumni network.

Responsibilities include implementing best practices, managing events, and integrating D365 for alumni use, with a focus on data-driven outcomes and quality care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Strong systems knowledge, skills and abilities.
• Sales experience.
• Salesforce experience.
• Thorough understanding of the clinical considerations with regard to substance use, eating disorders and mental health.

Responsabilités

• Establish and implement systemwide best practices for alumni engagement.
• Create a cadence of alumni call backs for engagement.
• Oversee alumni staff and facility leadership assigns staff.
• Establish, implement and enforce KPIs.
• Coordinate events planning and promotion.
• Collaborate with facility leadership to facilitate outcome data collection.
• Lead employee reviews and coaching; ensure adherence to DBH standards.
• Introduce D365 to current patients and monitor use.
• Coordinate alumni meetings and plan events.
• Maintain Salesforce database accuracy.
• Work with Operations and Referral Relations to expand the care network.
