Avenues Recovery Center in Richmond, VA seeks an Alumni Program Coordinator to manage the alumni network across our centers. You will coordinate follow-up activities, resources, and programming, and work with clinical staff to connect alumni to support services.

You'll engage with alumni by phone, video, and events, maintain Salesforce reporting, and help grow a vibrant, confidential community that supports recovery and ongoing engagement with our centers.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Substance use/recovery experience strongly preferred.
• If in recovery, minimum 1 year sobriety required.
• Excellent interpersonal, observation, and communication skills.
• Warm, engaging and dynamic personality; dignified character.
• Ability to maintain absolute confidentiality and firm boundaries.

Responsabilités

• Manage all aspects of Alumni Program (Follow-up, resources, programming).
• Engage with alumni in a personal, meaningful way through calls, meetings and events.
• Conduct alumni follow-up calls, following established timeline.
• Maintain consistent and accurate Salesforce reporting.
• Connect alumni with clinical support and resources, in collaboration with Clinical Director.
• Oversee all alumni social media pages, maintaining consistent activity and engagement.
