You will scale an AI-native design practice, extend our design system into AI workflows, and lead a distributed team across geographies.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in UX/product design with leadership experience in complex or enterprise systems.
• Proven ability to shift from reactive work to strategic, AI-native practice.
• Experience building or scaling design systems adopted by multiple teams.
• Strong stakeholder management with senior leaders and exec visibility.

Responsibilities

• Own UX strategy and quality across Operations domains: menu planning, fulfillment, and internal optimization tools.
• Advance AI-native design practice by extending design systems into AI workflows.
• Provide service design for internal operators and planners with high impact surface areas.
• Lead and develop a distributed design team across geographies; drive career growth and standards.
• Partner with senior Product and Engineering leaders and influence company strategy.
