Job summary

HelloFresh is seeking a senior leader for WMS Product Design and Software Engineering, responsible for the full software delivery lifecycle of the Warehouse Management System, including architecture, product design, engineering execution, QA, and reliability.

You will collaborate across operations, automation tech, procurement, and finance to deliver Infios's Warehouse Advantage platform globally, driving engineering health, velocity, and AI-enabled tooling.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in WMS software engineering in RF-based fulfillment environments
• 3+ years with Infios Warehouse Advantage (Körber/Highjump) WMS and SQL Server
• 3+ years managing integrations via microservices, REST APIs, event-driven architectures

Responsibilities

• Provide technical direction and ownership of WMS deployment across global locations
• Own integration architecture and reliability for host systems and CDC pipelines
• Drive agentic engineering practices and AI-assisted tooling deployment
• Own CI/CD maturity roadmap and automated deployment workflows
• Partner to build world-class QA with automated tests and contract testing
• Establish and report DORA metrics to leadership
• Guide architectural governance and vendor capacity planning
