Job summary

HelloFresh is seeking an action-oriented leader to own the WMS product design and software engineering for the global warehouse fulfillment and inventory control domain. You will drive end-to-end delivery, architecting solutions on Infios Warehouse Advantage (Körber/Highjump) while enabling AI-assisted workflows to accelerate quality and velocity.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in WMS software engineering or related field.
• 3+ years with Infios Warehouse Advantage WMS (Körber/Highjump) and SQL Server.
• 3+ years integrating applications via microservices (REST, event-driven, ETL).
• Experience implementing or scaling CI/CD pipelines and IaC.
• Hands-on with agentic/AI-assisted engineering tools and productivity suites.
• Experience defining engineering metrics (DORA) and leading tech improvements.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical direction and accountability for Company WMS deployment globally.
• Own integration architecture and reliability for host systems and CDC pipelines.
• Partner with Hosting Architecture for AWS scaling and performance.
• Champion agentic engineering practices and AI-assisted tool adoption.
• Own CI/CD maturity roadmap and automated deployment workflows.
