Job summary

Humana is seeking a Director of Technology Solutions to drive strategy for IT initiatives and lead enterprise fulfillment operations across the organization. This leader will modernize onboarding, deployment, and lifecycle services, and usher in AI-enabled automation to improve efficiency and compliance.

You will guide a multidisciplinary team and partner across HR, Security, Infra, and Product to accelerate associate productivity.

Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years progressive leadership experience in technology operations, service delivery, fulfillment, workplace technology, or shared services environments.
Experience leading large-scale operational transformation initiatives.
Demonstrated success implementing automation and process modernization strategies.
Experience leading Agile organizations, delivery practices, and portfolio governance models.
Strong financial, operational, and strategic planning capabilities.
Proven ability to influence senior leaders and drive enterprise-wide change.
Experience leading geographically distributed teams and enterprise-scale operations.

Responsibilities

Lead enterprise fulfillment operations supporting provisioning, deployment, recovery, refresh, and retirement services.
Develop a strategic roadmap to modernize onboarding and offboarding across Humana and its subsidiaries.
Drive governance, standardization, and performance management with clear SLAs.
Establish operating models and metrics to improve associate experiences and delivery velocity.
Build scalable shared services and coach Agile enablement across multiple product teams.
