Job summary

JLL is seeking a Director of Search and Visibility to lead the SEO, GEO and AEO strategy across business lines. You will craft a long-term roadmap, build an integrated plan, and drive executive-level initiatives with measurable KPIs.

This role requires guiding a mature, matrixed organization, developing the team, and presenting results to senior leadership while engaging directly in critical work as needed.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of SEO experience across technical SEO, content strategy, and enterprise execution.
• 3+ years in leading teams and scaling across multiple markets.
• Strong knowledge of GEO and AEO, with ability to drive adoption across teams.
• Proficient in web analytics tools and enterprise SEO platforms.
• Ability to translate complex findings into executive-ready narratives.

Responsibilities

• Set the SEO, GEO and AEO vision and multi-year roadmap for the business.
• Develop an enterprise strategy and partner with local teams for execution.
• Build governance, standards and measurement frameworks for the org.
• Lead a high-performance team and present results to senior executives.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to embed SEO in holistic plans.
