JLL is seeking a Manager, SEO and AI Content Optimization to enhance jll.com and off-page content for SEO, AI visibility, and answer engines. You will craft short form copy for headers and metadata, identify content gaps, and advise marketing teams on content strategy across geographies.

This role sits at the intersection of SEO/GEO/AEO and content creation. The position partners with the SEO/GEO strategy lead and editorial teams to ensure content meets technical requirements, monitors

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in journalism, communications, marketing, business, or related field.
• 5+ years' experience in SEO and writing and optimizing content for the web.
• Experience analyzing content performance to drive decisions.
• Familiarity with SEO and AI in content creation and updates.
• Ability to collaborate across large matrixed organizations.

Responsibilities

• Optimize and refresh existing jll.com content for search and AI visibility.
• Write shortform copy for headers, summaries, metadata and FAQs.
• Identify content gaps and coordinate editorial calendars.
• Advise teams on content for visibility across platforms.
• Collaborate with strategy lead and delivery partners to fix content issues.
• Monitor content performance and conduct quarterly audits.
• Partner with Social, Communications and Paid Media to amplify content.
