• 12+ years of SEO experience across technical, content, and enterprise execution
• 3+ years leading teams across multiple markets
• Strong knowledge of GEO and AEO and agile adoption
• Proficient in web analytics platforms (GA/Adobe)
• Ability to translate complex findings into executive narratives
• Experience in large, matrixed organizations

Responsibilities

• Set SEO, GEO and AEO vision and multi-year roadmap
• Partner with local and regional teams to implement a global strategy
• Develop integrated plans connecting content, infrastructure and signals
• Drive scalable frameworks for AI-driven search visibility
• Own measurement framework across markets for executive storytelling
