Job summary

JLL is seeking a Director of Search and Visibility to define and drive the enterprise SEO, GEO and AEO strategy. You will align roadmaps with business objectives, lead a cross-functional team, and present outcomes to senior leaders to drive tangible visibility across traditional and AI-driven search.

You will develop scalable frameworks, governance, and measurement for local markets, while maintaining global standards and delivering enterprise results from day one.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of SEO experience across technical SEO, content, measurement and enterprise execution.
• 3+ years leading teams across multiple business lines or markets.
• Strong knowledge of GEO and AEO with capacity to drive adoption.
• Proficiency with web analytics and measurement tools (GA/Adobe) and enterprise SEO platforms.
• Ability to translate complex findings into executive-ready narratives.

Responsibilities

• Set and execute SEO, GEO and AEO vision and multi-year roadmaps across business lines and markets.
• Lead governance, measurement and center of excellence for consistent enterprise discovery.
• Present results to senior executives and guide high-stakes decisions.
• Develop and coach teams, balancing strategic leadership with hands-on work.
• Collaborate with marketing, editorial and product teams to strengthen topical authority and AI visibility.
