Job summary

JLL is seeking a Director of Search and Visibility to lead the enterprise SEO strategy and vision across business lines, prioritizing AI-driven search and trusted content. You will shape long-term roadmaps, build a high-performance team and present results to senior executives from day one.

Qualifications

12+ years of SEO experience across technical SEO, content strategy, performance measurement and enterprise execution.
3+ years of leading teams, with ability to scale across multiple business lines and/or markets.
Strong knowledge of GEO and AEO, with ability to drive adoption across teams.
Proficiency with web analytics tools (GA/Adobe Analytics) and enterprise SEO platforms.
Ability to translate complex findings into executive-ready narratives.
Executive presence and polished presentation skills.
Strong analytical skills; communicate trends to executives clearly.
Experience in large, matrixed organizations; influence outcomes without direct authority.
Experience leading enterprise-scale initiatives; governance and center of excellence.
Strong cross-functional leadership and governance model experience.

Responsibilities

Set the SEO, GEO and AEO vision and multi-year roadmap across business lines and priority markets.
Partner with local and regional teams to implement and adapt the enterprise strategy.
Develop an integrated plan linking content, technical infra and external signals.
Drive scalable frameworks and capabilities for AI-driven search visibility.
Operate inside a matrixed organization with cross-functional alignment.
Establish an enterprise Center of Excellence for governance and standards.
Coordinate initiatives to prevent fragmentation and promote integrated discovery.
Own a single measurement framework across markets for executive storytelling.
Selectively apply AI-assisted capabilities while maintaining human judgment.
