Job summary

JLL is seeking a Manager of SEO and AI Content Optimization to enhance our website and off-page content for search visibility and AI insights. You will rewrite and optimize content, create short-form copy, and advise marketing teams on editorial strategies across geographies.

The role intersects SEO/GEO with hands-on content creation, reporting to the strategy lead. You will work with multiple teams to ensure content meets technical and editorial standards, monitor performance, and identify gaps

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in journalism, communications, marketing, business, or related field.
5+ years of SEO and web content optimization experience with proven organic search gains.
Experience navigating large matrixed organizations and collaborating across teams.
Strong knowledge of SEO, GEO, AI impacts on search and content performance.
Ability to analyze content performance and translate results into actionable decisions.
Experience guiding editorial/brand teams to meet SEO/brand standards before publishing.

Responsibilities

Optimize and refresh jll.com content for search and AI visibility per SEO/GEO strategy.
Write shortform copy for jll.com: headers, summaries, metadata, FAQs.
Identify content gaps and coordinate editorial calendars across teams.
Advise on content development for visibility across owned and non-owned channels.
Collaborate with strategy lead and delivery partners to meet technical content requirements.
Monitor content performance and conduct quarterly audits to improve crawl health.
Coordinate with Social, Communications and Paid Media to amplify new content.
