Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated (JLL) seeks a Manager, SEO and AI Content Optimization to boost jll.com visibility and align content with SEO/GEO requirements. You will craft headers, summaries, and metadata, and advise marketing teams across functions and geographies on content strategy.

The role requires 5+ years in SEO/content optimization, familiarity with AI-driven content, and collaboration across large organizations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in journalism, communications, marketing, business, or related field.
• 5+ years’ experience in SEO and writing and optimizing content for the web (including optimization of media and image alt text).
• Self-starter who is comfortable navigating large matrixed organizations.
• Staying up to date with latest SEO/AI search research and impacts of algorithm and model updates.
• Experience analyzing content performance (organic and AI traffic, engagement).
• Experience partnering with editorial/brand/content teams to meet SEO/GEO requirements and brand standards.

Responsibilities

• Optimize and refresh existing jll.com content for search and AI visibility.
• Write shortform copy for jll.com, including headers, summaries, metadata and FAQs.
• Identify content gaps and cannibalization and coordinate editorial calendars.
