Job summary

JLL is seeking a Manager, SEO and AI Content Optimization to improve the company's website and off-page content for search and AI visibility. You will rewrite existing content and craft short-form copy from headers to summaries, ensuring alignment with SEO/GEO requirements.

You will guide marketing teams across functions on content strategy to address gaps and opportunities, collaborating with the SEO/GEO strategy lead and delivery partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in journalism, communications, marketing, business, or related field.
• 5+ years' experience in SEO and writing and optimizing content for the web (including optimization of media and image alt text).
• Experience analyzing content performance (organic and AI traffic, engagement) and translating findings into a clear story.
• Familiarity with SEO/GEO/AEO concepts and staying up to date with search research.

Responsibilities

• Optimize and refresh existing jll.com content for search and AI visibility.
• Write shortform copy for jll.com, including headers, summaries, metadata and FAQs.
• Identify content gaps and cannibalization across jll.com and coordinate editorial calendars.
• Advise marketing teams on how to develop content for visibility across channels.
• Work with SEO/GEO strategy lead and delivery partners to fix content-side issues.
• Monitor content performance and perform quarterly audits to optimize crawl budget and content health.
• Partner with Social media, Communications and Paid Media teams for content amplification.
