Job summary

Maine College of Health Professions in Lewiston, ME seeks a Director of Admissions to lead enrollment strategy across recruitment, admissions, enrollment and matriculation.

The role partners with college leadership to develop engaging systems, manage the Office of Admission, drive CRM adoption, coordinate marketing and events, and ensure enrollment goals are met with data-driven decision making.

Occasional travel and availability for nights/weekends as needed are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field from a regionally accredited college or university.
• Minimum three (3) years leadership experience in academic admissions.
• Experience with CRM and applicant management systems.
• Experience creating website, social media, marketing collateral, and digital content.
• Willingness to travel occasionally.
• Willingness to work nights and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Leads the enrollment management effort with dynamism and effectiveness.
• Enhances awareness and interest in Maine College of Health Professions throughout the state and region.
• Forges relationships with healthcare systems, schools, and other agencies.
• Manages the recruitment, admissions, and enrollment functions of the college.
• Leads the daily operations of the Office of Admission.
• Develops and manages a CRM/applicant management system.
• Effectively uses data analysis to support enrollment efforts.
• Leads the development and delivery of compelling and effective marketing and social media strategies; organize enrollment events.
