Job summary

Northbridge University in Lakeland, FL is seeking an Associate Director of Admissions to lead the Admissions Office and drive campus enrollment production. The ADOA will mentor staff, develop recruitment strategies, monitor metrics, and align enrollment goals with the university's strategic plan while coordinating with the Admissions Director.

This role requires a bachelor’s degree, several years in admissions, and the ability to work extended hours including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related areas.
• Two years of supervisory experience.
• At least three (3) years of experience in Admissions for proprietary colleges (for-profit colleges, universities, and institutes).
• Ability to work extended hours (evenings and weekends) to meet business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Provides input and assessment on recruitment strategies using metrics and trend data.
• Provides direction and management for the admissions staff.
• Ensures enrollment strategies are developed and implemented effectively across the department.
• Aligns enrollment services priorities with the Admissions’ Strategic Plan.
• Oversees admissions, enrollment and orientation services management and operations.
• Develops, reviews, and monitors recruitment and enrollment strategies to meet campus goals.
• Analyzes statistics and trends to determine enrollment outcomes.
• Establishes measurable goals and collaborates with the Admissions Director on hiring, mentoring, and accountability.
