Job summary

You will collaborate with deans, chairs, and directors to develop programs and strategic initiatives.

Qualifications include a Master’s degree and 10+ years in higher education leadership, with strong planning, communication, and data-informed decision making.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in higher education in graduate or professional student settings.
• Leadership experience in an academic administrative/leadership role.
• Strong understanding of academic administration and student affairs workflows.
• Experience with recruitment, admissions, and student support.
• Ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Excellent written and oral communication and multitasking ability.
• Commitment to diverse, humanistic learning environments.
• Familiarity with non-traditional adult learners and professional students.
• Program planning, organizational, and supervisory skills.
• Willingness to travel and to work evenings/weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Oversee recruitment, enrollment, and student success across the College of Dental Medicine.
• Develop enrollment pipeline programs to attract qualified applicants.
• Lead retention and student success initiatives and early intervention strategies.
• Coordinate with CDM Leadership Council and university partners.
• Monitor program effectiveness and guide strategic improvements.
