The position requires a Master’s degree in a related discipline and 10+ years in higher education, with strong leadership, communication, and partnerships.

Qualifikationen

• Master’s degree in a related discipline (education, psychology, administration, etc.)
• 10+ years in higher education with graduate or professional students
• Experience in a leadership role
• Strong understanding of academic administration in graduate/professional education
• Knowledge of admissions, recruitment, and student support workflows
• Ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Excellent oral and written communication
• Ability to handle confidential matters
• Strong project and priority management
• Commitment to a diverse, humanistic learning environment

Aufgaben

• Oversee admissions and enrollment processes for predoctoral and Advanced Standing Track candidates
• Develop enrollment pipeline programs to attract diverse dental applicants
• Lead recruitment initiatives to align with the College’s mission
• Implement retention strategies and student success initiatives
• Manage the Student Success Team and advising framework
• Serve on leadership councils and committees
• Coordinate travel for recruitment and events
• Support accreditation preparations and compliance
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to improve programs
• Supervise the Recruitment and Enrollment Coordinator
• Monitor program effectiveness and drive continuous improvement
• Develop strategic pre-dental program relationships
