Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field from a regionally accredited college or university.
• Minimum three (3) years' leadership experience in academic admissions.
• Experience with CRM and applicant management systems.
• Experience in creating website, social media, marketing collateral, and digital content.
• Willingness to travel (occasional).
• Willingness to work nights and weekends (as needed).

Responsibilities

• Leads the enrollment management effort with dynamism and effectiveness, considering higher education challenges.
• Enhances awareness and interest in the college across the state and region.
• Forges relationships with healthcare systems, schools, and other agencies to advance enrollment.
• Manages recruitment, admissions, and enrollment functions.
• Leads the daily operations of the Office of Admission.
• Develops related systems and processes through creativity and collaboration.
• Develops and manages a CRM/applicant management system.
• Uses data analysis to support enrollment efforts.
• Assists leadership in identifying enrollment goals.
• Adjusts enrollment activities to meet goals.
• Leads development and delivery of marketing and social media strategies; organizes enrollment events.
