Job summary

Baptist Memorial Health Care is seeking an experienced Director of Admissions to lead student recruitment, admissions, matriculation, and enrollment strategy. You will design and implement comprehensive enrollment management initiatives, oversee the application lifecycle, and leverage CRM strategies to engage prospective students.

You will report to the Vice President of Enrollment Management & Student Affairs and supervise a team across multiple roles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Higher Education Administration, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• 3–4 years of progressive experience in admissions or enrollment management.
• Strong supervisory/management experience.
• Experience with admissions CRM systems and student information systems.

Responsibilities

• Leads development and execution of a data-informed recruitment strategy to meet enrollment goals.
• Provides leadership and oversight for recruitment operations, building a high-performing team.
• Maintains professional development to stay current with industry trends.
• Manages departmental budget to support enrollment objectives.
• Collects and interprets admissions and enrollment data to inform planning.
• Designs data-driven recruitment strategies using multiple data sources.
• Collaborates with Marketing/Alumni to develop recruitment materials or campaigns.
• Acts as data governance expert ensuring data integrity and consistency.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
