Job summary

EY-Parthenon’s Growth Platform team in New York is seeking a Director to lead neuro-symbolic AI product development and scaling. You will translate complex business challenges into knowledge-driven AI requirements and drive architecture, governance, and go-to-market strategies across multiple stakeholders.

The role requires strong executive communication, strategic vision, and demonstrated success delivering enterprise-grade AI platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science, Analytics, or related field and 5 years of related work experience.
• 7+ years in product leadership, solution delivery, enterprise technology, or platform build roles.
• Proven experience building and launching enterprise-grade products.
• Willingness to travel and work extra hours when necessary.
• Must reside in or be commutable to the office location.

Responsibilities

• Lead the build and scaling of neuro-symbolic AI products across the lifecycle (framing, requirements, architecture, build, deployment, scale).
• Translate business challenges into knowledge-driven AI product requirements (reasoning engines, knowledge graphs, rules, ML).
• Ensure adherence to explainability, auditability, trust, and compliance across products and platforms.
• Define product vision, roadmap, adoption metrics, and pricing/packaging strategies.
• Guide architecture, tooling, integration patterns, and data pipelines.
• Lead cross-functional teams across product, engineering, knowledge engineering, design, data science, and industry specialists.
• Establish OKRs, sprint structures, and delivery governance for quality execution.
• Coach teams to operate with clarity, pace, and technical rigor.
• Partner with executives on AI strategy, deployment models, and business cases.
• Embed Responsible AI and regulatory compliance into product design and governance.
