Job summary

EY-Parthenon is seeking a senior product leader to drive the build and scale of neuro-symbolic AI products within EY Growth Platform. You will partner with executives to deliver enterprise-grade AI solutions that balance rigorous governance with practical business impact.

Lead cross‑functional teams across product, engineering, data science, and industry experts; define strategy, roadmaps, OKRs, and success metrics; shape platform architecture including ontologies, knowledge graphs, inference

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher with related field and 5+ years of experience; or graduate degree with ~3+ years.
• 7+ years in product leadership, solution delivery, or platform build roles.
• Proven experience building and launching enterprise-grade products.
• Willingness to travel and work extended hours when needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead the build and scale of neuro-symbolic AI products across EY Growth Platform.
• Define product strategy, roadmaps, and measurable business outcomes.
• Architect enterprise-ready platforms including ontologies, semantic data layers, inference engines, and ML integration.
• Direct cross-functional teams across product, engineering, knowledge engineering, data science, and industry specialists.
• Partner with senior executives on AI strategy, deployment models, and governance.
