Job summary

EY-Parthenon is building AI-powered platforms using neuro-symbolic methods to deliver scalable enterprise solutions. You will lead cross-functional teams across product, engineering, knowledge engineering, design, and data science to define strategy and drive execution.

Ideal candidates have 7+ years in product leadership or platform delivery, experience with cloud architectures (Azure/AWS/GCP), and a strong view on governance, security, and responsible AI practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science, Analytics, or related field.
• 5+ years of related work experience; or a graduate degree with ~3 years.
• 7+ years in product leadership, solution delivery, enterprise technology, or platform build roles.
• Willingness to travel and work in excess of standard hours when necessary.

Responsibilities

• Lead the build and scaling of neuro‑symbolic AI products across lifecycle stages.
• Translate business challenges into knowledge-driven AI product requirements.
• Ensure products meet explainability, auditability, trust, and compliance standards.
• Define product vision, roadmap, and commercial outcomes.
• Develop adoption, usage, and cost/value metrics; shape pricing and packaging.
• Architect enterprise-ready platforms with ontologies, semantic data layers, inference engines, and APIs.
• Guide architecture decisions, tooling, integration patterns, and data pipelines.
• Direct cross-functional teams across product, engineering, knowledge engineering, design, and data science.
