Job summary

EY-Parthenon is seeking a senior product leader to spearhead neuro-symbolic AI products, shaping strategy, roadmaps and commercialization for enterprise platforms. You will guide architecture, data layers, and ML integration while coordinating cross-functional teams across product, engineering, knowledge engineering, data science, and industry experts.

Ideal candidates will have 7+ years in product leadership, expertise in AI frameworks and knowledge representations, and strong stakeholder

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 5+ years of work experience or a graduate degree with ~3 years of experience.
• 7+ years in product leadership, solution delivery, enterprise technology, or platform build roles.
• Proven experience building and launching enterprise-grade products.
• Willingness to travel and work outside standard hours as needed.
• Residence in or commutable distance to office location.

Responsibilities

• Lead the build and scaling of neuro‑symbolic AI products.
• Define product strategy, roadmap, and commercial outcomes.
• Architect enterprise-ready platforms using neuro‑symbolic AI.
• Direct cross-functional product and technical teams across disciplines.
• Partner with senior executives and enterprise stakeholders to align strategy.
