Job summary

EY-Parthenon is seeking a senior product leader to drive neuro-symbolic AI platform development, from framing problems to scale. You will translate complex business needs into knowledge-driven AI requirements and ensure explainability and governance across the lifecycle.

You’ll define the product vision, roadmap, and success metrics, architect enterprise-grade platforms, and lead cross-functional teams spanning product, engineering, data science, and industry experts to deliver measurable

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or graduate degree with relevant work experience.
• 7+ years in product leadership, solution delivery, or platform builds.
• Experience building and launching enterprise-grade products.
• Willingness to travel and work outside standard hours.
• You reside in or near the office location.

Responsibilities

• Lead full AI product lifecycle from framing to deployment and scale.
• Translate business challenges into knowledge-driven AI requirements.
• Ensure explainability, auditability, trust, and compliance.
• Define product vision, roadmap, metrics, and pricing strategies.
• Architect platform components: ontologies, data layers, APIs, UI.
• Lead cross-functional teams across product, engineering, data science, and domain experts.
• Partner with executives on AI strategy, governance, and investments.
• Embed Responsible AI and regulatory compliance throughout.
