Bausch + Lomb is seeking a Director of National Accounts to drive growth with top national partners in the vision care space. You will lead a small team, shape account strategies, and align across Marketing, Finance, Professional Affairs, and Sales Operations to maximize revenue and profitability.

The role emphasizes P&L ownership, deep market insights, and cross-functional collaboration, including travel up to 30%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive sales/commercial leadership, incl. national/key accounts.
• Deep knowledge of vision care channels, provider landscape, and competitive products.
• Proven ability to manage account-level P&Ls with revenue responsibility.
• Domestic travel up to 30%.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach account managers; drive performance and feedback.
• Develop long-term strategic plans for top national accounts to grow revenue.
• Negotiate contracts and manage joint business planning with executives.
• Launch products with account-specific commercialization strategies.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Finance, and Sales Operations on programs.
