Responsabilidades

• Lead all domestic & international sales, business development, account management, and marketing for the Targeting & Sensor Systems (TSS) business.
• Develop and implement comprehensive strategies to drive profitable growth.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, representatives, distributors, and partners.
• Oversee annual orders plan and long-range 5-year growth plan aligned with sector strategy.
• Recruit, retain, and develop key talent for the Global Sales/BD organization.
