Syneos Health is seeking a Sr. Recruiter to independently source, identify, and network for executive roles.

You will manage the candidate experience, coach hiring managers, and build diverse pipelines to support current openings and new initiatives. The role requires 7+ years of progressive recruiting, including executive search within consulting, with strong communication and Life Sciences recruiting experience preferred.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in progressive recruiting with leadership responsibilities.
• Executive search experience within a consulting practice.
• Life sciences recruiting experience preferred.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with MS Word, Excel, and LinkedIn Recruiter.

Responsibilities

• Drive the executive candidate experience through selection, including offer negotiation.
• Proactively build pipelines of diverse consulting talent for current openings and new initiatives.
• Coach hiring managers on interview and selection processes.
• Foster teamwork, collaboration and clear communication.
• Identify tools to increase brand awareness and diversify the candidate pool.
• Represent Syneos Health at networking, industry and campus events.
• Maintain candidate data and workflow in ATS; provide weekly updates.
• Monitor industry trends and competitors.
