Skillz is seeking a Manager of Learning & Development to design and scale programs that elevate employee and leadership growth. You will shape a high‑performing culture and drive business impact through stronger capabilities across the organization.

Focus areas include enterprise L&D strategy, onboarding and manager enablement, and establishing metrics that tie learning to performance and retention. This role reports to executive leadership and is based at our Las Vegas HQ.

Qualifications

• Progressive experience in Learning & Development or Talent Management.
• Experience scaling enterprise learning programs in growth environments.
• Prior people management with success building high‑performing teams.
• Proven ability to design manager development and onboarding programs.
• Experience balancing strategic vision with hands‑on execution.

Responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end Learning & Development strategy and governance.
• Build and scale a high‑performing L&D team with measurable outcomes.
• Design onboarding, manager enablement, and performance programs.
• Establish learning metrics and executive reporting tied to KPIs.
